1. Schedule photo shoot of property and design "for sale" flyers for home and flyer box
2. Prepare and submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and send copy to you for approval
3. Order Professional Sign/Riders/Directional Signs. Place Lock Box (if desired)
4. Blog listing to our company sales staff via internet. Promote your property at our (Thurs) sales meeting and tour
with Network Real Estate Agents
5. Promote your property at our local weekly MLS meeting (Wed) prior to agent tour to create maximum exposure
to other agents in our area
6. Host Open Houses: Realtor MLS Tour Day (usually Wed) and a 3 hour Open House (Sat or Sun) if desired
7. Draw up a list of features and benefits for your home that cooperating agents can use while showing your property
to potential buyers
8. Track showings of your home via SUPRA, collect feedback from agents, and report to you weekly
9. Bi-weekly Seller Updates: Suggest changes to make your property more marketable
10. Pre-qualify potential buyers, present and discuss offers with you, negotiate contracts to get the BEST price
and finalize the closing.
Advertising/Marketing:
1. Prepare ad copy and submit to local newspaper and other Network Real Estate print media.

2. Personalized Marketing Plan for Equestrian Properties: Advertise your property on the Internet. Advertise in
